According to my view this is really an innovative step by Khan Brothers toward classical music which is fast disappearing, however it still forms the basis of most other musical genres. Folk, filmic and even some pop/rock also hold some classical elements. One of the most dynamic and popular music of Pakistan is qawwali, which has been internationally popularized by stars like Sabri Brothers, Aziz Mian and Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Aziz Mian Sabri Brothers and Rizwan-Muazzam Qawwali Group have become especially popular, after Nusrat's collaborations with Michael Brook (a Canadian producer), resulting in the unexpected hit of "Mustt Mustt", remixed by Massive Attack and popularized by its use in a Coca-Cola television commercial but now it is pleasure to see that khan brothers are doing a remarkable job in promoting classical music it is indeed a need of hour when we are moving in a fast revolutionized period and forgetting our ethnicity and music and are just remain stuck to hasty music. So I greatly appreciate their fabulous role in promoting classical music not in Pakistan but also around the world by this source .My enthusiastic prayer are for them and their success. May Allah almighty bless them and the entire member with them for this act.

This is a much better website than the last one. I pray that Khan brothers prosper in their new endeavour and under the able guidance of Mr. Fernandes. We in India await the coming of the CD in the souteast asian markets, and hope that Haji sahab will one day be a family name here as well.

Are you the son of Ustad Latafat Hussain khansaheb from Agra Atrauli gharana or the son of Latafat Khan Saheb of Rampur Sahaswan gharana. There are many musicians in UK trying to claim relationship by blood and not talim to the existing gharanas of India and Pakistan. Please can you attach your family tree on the website when possible as this will help many music enthusiasts as possible.
